Norm Coleman “Deserves His Day in Court?”

Today is April 14, 2009.  The election between Norm Coleman and Al Franken was held on November 4, 2008.  That would be five months and ten days ago.  The issue as to who won has been in the Minnesota courts, for all intents and purposes, from day one.  Yet GOP spinmeister Ron Christie was on The Ed Show on MSNBC this afternoon and he said (waaaah, waaaah) that Coleman “deserves his day in court.”

What? Seems to me that Coleman has had his nearly six months “day in court,” don’t ya think?  Does he need and/or deserve more time?  Where does this end?
