And here are the two articles about “waterboarders” and “interrogation” that Fox references:

“No Charges for Waterboarders, and “Ex-CIA Chief Slams Release of Interrogation Memos.”

Typical.  Waterboarders and interrogators, as in the Commader in Chief, George Bush, who authorized it and then lied to the world three years on: “we do not torture,” are held harmless. The Obama administration is the wrong-doer.
