Keith Olbermann just pledged to pay $1,000 per second to the charity of Sean Hannity’s choice when Hannity submits to the waterboarding he agreed to last night. I’m on board. I’m pledging — here, publicly — $100.00 per second. Enough already with the winger’s false bravado.

A woman in Northern Ireland is gaining a following by sending out recipes via Twitter, at no more than 140 characters each. She’s also studying for a master’s degree in creative writing. Wow. What a way to practice that!
I don’t know though. I can’t quite imagine looking forward to spending a rainy afternoon making a recipe that reads:

Woo hoo. Meghan McCain tells Karl and Dick to go away — they’ve had their eight years — and I’m willing to bet she speaks for a good number of Republicans and Independents too (not to mention Democrats).
This 24-year-old “girl” has apparently taken the wheel of the “straight talk express” and she’s trumping the angry, old, worn-out men mimes in her party like John Boner Boehner and Eric Cantor. If she keeps talking, she’ll do more for the GOP than the cadre of hysterical, lying bastards who are trying to save it now.

The other day I heard a talking head (apologies for not remembering who or where) say the wingers know they’ve lost Democrats (obviously) and Independents, but that they’re “terrified” of losing the base of the base of the Republican party, the 27%-ers. So that’s why they’re saying all the crazy stuff they’re saying…trying to keep them on board, at least.

Undoubtedly you were all over Fox News’ “Green/FoxNews.com” website yesterday, huh? It was Earth Day and all, right? And they probably had the latest news and happenings posted over there, right?
Not exactly. As a matter of fact, the site is such a joke that they don’t even have a post up about Earth Day. The most recent one is dated April 16.
As they say, actions speak louder than words so imho, this site screams a big middle finger to Earth Day and taking care of the planet.
