140-Character Recipes via Twitter?

A woman in Northern Ireland is gaining a following by sending out recipes via Twitter, at no more than 140 characters each.  She’s also studying for a master’s degree in creative writing.  Wow.  What a way to practice that!

I don’t know though.  I can’t quite imagine looking forward to spending a rainy afternoon making a recipe that reads:

Rhubarb Upside Down Cake: butter6ramekin;+T sug/4T fruit e. +beaten5T buttr&sug/egg/9T yogurt/c flour/t bkgpdr&zest/.5t salt. 25m@350F/176C.
