Obama Exceeding Bush in Abusing the Constitution

Obama Administration Reserves Right to Indefinitely Hold Detainees Acquitted of Charges.
The key word here is acquitted. The administration claims it will grant detainees the right to a trial in U.S. courts but if they’re acquitted, they also claim the right to hold them…indefinitely.
We know Obama’s a “constitutional lawyer” but apparently he doesn’t believe in the Constitution? This policy goes against the heart of what this country stands for: Innocent until proven guilty. It is outrageous.
