Sincere effort. Loved that he actually used the word “lie” to describe the kill-granny crap. Repubs looked stunned. Serves them right.
But overall, too long. Too verbose. Too complicated. Didn’t feel heart-felt (hey, I watched his campaign speeches and they moved me). Recognized McCain twice before mentioning Ted Kennedy?! What the?
Go with Thom Hartmann’s idea: Medicare Part E. I.e., “E” as in everyone. Simple.
