Glenn Beck Goes from “Restoring” America to “the Solution” to “the Way Out” — in 10 Hours
Check it out below, bottom to top. Oh, and if the Tea Party protest numbers from today were a blowout, you can be sure ol’ Glenn would we wallowing in them tonight — slathering them all over the place — instead of directing our attention to Monday.

Drunk-Buying on QVC?
Ready? Check out this totally fake bracelet which can be yours — an “original retail value” of $235.00 — for only — only $169.50:

It’s a “hot spot pave” bracelet: “round clear crystals” (i.e. no diamonds), “silvertone settings (no silver), “goldtone collars” (no gold), “black epoxy enamel spots” (no onyx) and “eyes that glow with marquise-shaped red crystals” (no rubies).
Again, yours for only — only – $169.50!
Want more?
Try this “Neck Therapy” cream at 2 oz. for — heh, take another drink — $95.00!

I swear. I think QVC deliberately puts expensive products like these up for sale late at night, banking on people having had too much to drink thus losing their ability to think straight.
Tea Party, Glenn Beck and FreedomWorks = Fail
One need only look at an “above the fold” screenshot of Fox News’ homepage (@8:56 p.m. ET today – see below) to know that the Tea Party rally in Washington, D.C. — led by Glenn Beck and Dick Armey’s “FreedomWorks” — was a bust. As in, there is no mention of the protest whatsoever. Had it been successful or had it lived up to their expectation, you’d see nothing but.

Tea Party Day
Ah yes. Another “focus group.”
(George W. Bush, February, 2003, on the millions who took to the streets around the world to protest the invasion of Iraq: “First of all, you know, size of protests — it’s like deciding, ‘Well, I’m going to decide policy based upon a focus group.’ The role of a leader is to decide policy based upon, in this case, the security of the people.”)
