The History Channel — which has aired some really great stuff recently — is airing a “people’s history of the United States” show tonight featuring Howard Zinn.
Howard Zinn is one of the world’s leading intellectuals but he has been banned by the U.S. media because he speaks for the people — not the corporations and the criminal class rich, rich, rich, people.
The show will undoubtedly be very interesting and I applaud the History Channel for having the guts to air it. (I’m beginning to wonder; has the History Channel gone rogue? I sure the hay hope so.)
