I am so sick and tired of being sick and tired of listening to GOP talking points on the “liberal media” –  I could scream:

The BIG story everywhere today — even on my local Denver “news” channel — is about what Harry Reid wrote in his book that is due out tomorrow:  Obama is a “light-skinned” African American “with no Negro dialect.”  Earth-shattering!

Last week the “liberal media” obsessed about whether Obama is tough enough on “terror;” whether he reacted quickly enough to the potential airplane bombing in Detroit on Christmas Day; whether he can handle both the health care issue and jobs simultaneously; what should be done with Gitmo detainees vis-a-vis Yemen, etc., etc.

All of these alleged BIG things are GOP talk points and I’m sick of watching “news” that in essence spends all its time talking about them.

Hey, let’s spend a day or better yet, a week, talking about how George Stephanopoulos said nothing last Friday when Rudy Giuliani said no “domestic” terror event happened on George Bush’s watch.

I’m thinkin’ now might be a good time to stop watching what they want us to believe is “the news.”  Should have done so two, three years ago.  Back then, I hoped things would get better.  Don’t think so anymore.
