It’s hard to know whether it was utter arrogance, laziness, a total breakdown in communication or what, but the White House admits it was totally unprepared for the loss of Ted Kennedy’s seat in Massachusetts. Didn’t even cross their mind.
Kinda makes you wonder what else they might be oblivious about.
