This is known as ‘balancing the books on the backs of the poor’ and it’s hideous. Colorado is particularly bad for this – and has been since the days of Ludlow. Fun state back then – the National Guard actually helped the local (crooked) police gun down union opposition. Oh, but now unions can contribute! GREAT – now that BigCorp, Inc. outsourced most of the jobs the unions are gutted. PROFIT.
