Judd Gregg (R-NH), the ubiquitous Republican who rails against the use of reconciliation to pass health care reform, on February 4, 2010:  Reconciliation is Not Representative.

Judd Gregg (in the video below) on March 15, 2005, explaining how reconciliation is just a “rule of the Senate, and all it does is allow a majority of the senate to take a position and pass legislation.  Is there something wrong with majority rule?  I don’t think so.”
