The IRS Sends Two Agents to CA Car Wash to Collect 4¢ Tax Debt

Interesting priorities:  Corporations and rich people hide money all over the world and the U.S. looks the other way.  A mom and pop car wash in California sends in a tax payment that is off by 4¢ and the IRS sends two agents to collect it.
