Fox Stokes the Fire: Health Care Bill is “Armageddon”
In keeping with the hateful, violent theme coming from the Tea Party crowd today (see posts below), Fox “News” stokes the fire:

Fox “News” on the Verge of Calling for Obama’s Assassination

What, Exactly, Were the Tea Partiers “Protesting” Today?
The Tea Partiers rallied on Capitol Hill today, calling one African-American member of congress a “nig*er,” spitting on another, and yelling at Barney Frank, “you faggot.“
But never mind that, they think they’re heroes.
Here’s a screenshot of an email I got from them a few minutes ago touting the “tens of thousands of people” (I’m willing to bet it was more like hundreds) who turned out to protest “this government-run health care monstrosity.”
Given their behavior, I wonder how much that “government-run health care monstrosity” had to do with what they were “protesting” today.
Tea Partiers Threaten Gun Violence if Health Care Passes
This sign was displayed today on Capitol Hill during a Tea Party protest:

Not only did the Tea Party protestors who visited Capitol Hill today call Rep. Barney Frank a “faggot,” they called Majority Whip Jim Clyburn a “nig*er” and they spit on Rep. Emanaul [sic] Cleaver, both of whom are African-American.
I can imagine Fox reporting something about “Dems blast Tea Partiers” — as a way to make the Democrats look intolerant — but you can be sure they won’t talk about the appalling details, which justify the outrage.
Tea Party Protestors Call Barney Frank a “Faggot” — to His Face
Anti-tax/Tea Party protestors visited the Capitol in Washington, D.C. today. At one point, during an encounter in the Longworth office building, the openly gay Rep. Barney Frank (D-MA),
rounded a corner to leave the building, an older protestor yelled “Barney, you faggot.” The surrounding crowd of protestors then erupted in laughter.
At one point, Capitol police officer threatened to throw a group of protestors out of the building but that only seemed to inflame them more; and apparently none were ejected.
Calling a gay person a “faggot” only draws attention to the ignorance and viciousness of the person who said it. It’s telling that the Tea Partiers are so immature they don’t comprehend that when you act like this you only hurt yourself and your cause. Oh, and, I thought they were Christians.
