Howard Fineman: Obama “Comes From a Country of Long-Distance Runners”

March 22, 2010 at 7:24 PM 4 comments

Howard Fineman on Countdown w/Keith Olbermann not three minutes ago:  “Obama comes from a country of long distance runners [Kenya?] and was one.”

A “mistake” like that isn’t a mistake, it’s what Howard Fineman believes after marinating in Washington, D.C., a town dominated by Republithink for 30 years.

I was surprised about that comment. I knew Obama liked basketball, and surfing and body boarding. Couldn’t find anything about long distance running or any field and track. Why would he make such a statement?

Because he’s been hanging around with winger for too long. He can’t think for himself anymore.

Like you, I hadn’t heard that Obama was a runner, ahem, like the people in Kenya. Give me a break. Fineman should stay home while he eats breakfast instead of meeting with the GOP down at the local diner. Jesus!

I was shocked to hear him say that. He made a similar comment a day or so before on msnbc. WTF?!

After all that was said throughout the campaign (that he covered extensively) and the health care debate, the teabaggers hate speech, the birthers, WTF?!

    NOT an accident.

Do you remember which show he said it on before this?
