Joe Miller acts like he’s a tough guy;

But, “this morning,” Lisa Murkowski (I) was officially declared the winner of the Senate race in Alaska.
Also this morning, Murkowski’s opponent, Teabagger Joe Miller posted a notice on his website announcing that he will concede hold a “press conference and availability” tomorrow — New Year’s Eve — at 2:00 p.m. local time, which would be 6:00 p.m. Eastern:
Anchorage, Alaska. December 29, 2010 — Joe Miller, the Republican Nominee for the U.S. Senate, will hold a Press Conference & Availability at 2:00 pm Friday, December 31, 2010.
