Madison Happened Today — Where’s the “Liberal Media” Dammit?

Well sh*t, if the corporate “liberal media” isn’t going to cover it, I will.
These are pictures from the pro-worker, anti-corporate you’ve-sucked-enough-life-out-of-me-already demonstrations that took place all across America today:

Oh, and don’t miss this pic of Madison.
And here’s what Madison Police Department spokesman Joel DeSpain had to say about today’s crowd:
“We don’t have a specific number,” DeSpain said. “It’s a moving target and very fluid, but definitely one of the largest and most sustained demonstrations we’ve ever seen.”
The crowd could have numbered as high as 100,000, but counting it was difficult because it was spread over parts of State Street as well as the Capitol Square and in the Capitol itself. DeSpain said there were no arrests and called the demonstrators “a very civil group.”
Part of the civility can be attributed to efforts by demonstrators to self-police themselves.
I listened to CNN today for about an hour this afternoon — beginning at roughly 3:00 p.m. ET — while painting the louvered doors to my washer and dryer closet. The model Iman — what’s in her make-up case and in her closet — was featured in at least three segments during that hour. I think Madison got about 3 minutes total and there was no coverage whatsoever of protests in other parts of the country.
The case of the corporate media is a whole other problem we’ve got to take on.
So much to do…
