Goodbye Raptured People

Woohah — the Rapture is upon us. Per a report by Cenk Uygur on MSNBC tonight the earthquake, which will start the ball rolling, will begin as soon as the time hits 6:00 a.m. at the earliest place on the planet, and that would be American Samoa. Again, per Cenk, 6:00 a.m. will hit American Samoa at 11:00 p.m. PDT tonight, so that would be midnight my time, 10:00 p.m. CDT in Indiana and Ohio and thereabouts and 9:00 p.m. EDT in NYC, DC, Boston and Miami.
As I write, it’s 9:28 p.m. EDT on the east coast.
The Rapture is HAPPENING RIGHT NOW!

Goodbye climate deniers.
Goodbye gay bashers.
Goodbye American Taliban and the Religious righties who don’t respect the separation of church and state.
I could go on but I volunteered my time at a food bank today, yesterday and for the last two years helping the poor, so I’m freaking tired after spending hours moving cases of canned food around. What would Jesus think?
