Mitt Romney’s Speech to the Top 1%

Last Friday Mitt Romney gave a “major foreign policy speech” at the Citadel. Here’s the text.
If you have the time, read it. If you want more of the same, i.e., a president like Bush, Clinton, Bush and Obama, who increased military spending and outsourced jobs, he’s your guy.
The speech is amazing. He’s clearly, and without any apparent shame, talking to the top 1%.
