There goes Iran again, being all aggressive and antagonistic:
Plans to Strike Iran “Ready,” Says U.S. Israel Envoy
U.S. plans for a possible military strike on Iran are ready and the option is “fully available”, the U.S. ambassador to Israel said, days before Tehran resumes talks with world powers which suspect it of seeking to develop nuclear arms.
Like Israel, the United States has said it considers military force a last resort to prevent Iran using its uranium enrichment to make a bomb. Iran insists its nuclear program is for purely civilian purposes.
“It would be preferable to resolve this diplomatically and through the use of pressure than to use military force,” Ambassador Dan Shapiro said in remarks about Iran aired by Israel’s Army Radio on Thursday.
“But that doesn’t mean that option is not fully available – not just available, but it’s ready. The necessary planning has been done to ensure that it’s ready,” said Shapiro, who the radio station said had spoken on Tuesday.
Imagine if the tables were turned and Iran said, “the necessary planning has been done to ensure” that a strike against Israel and/or the United States is “ready.” Who’s being the aggressor here?

I would probably say “What goes around, comes around.” The U.S. can’t afford to get in a war with Iran, for many, many reasons, though I often wonder whether the western powers (with the possible exception of France) are capable of any sort of rational thought concerning Iran (After all, we invaded Iraq, didn’t we?). Perhaps a few largely symbolic bombing runs, but what’s the point of that except to try to strike terror in the civilian population (and remember, they’re under the protection of almighty Allah), or to do some superficial damage to the military infrastructure. I have it on good authority, though, that any “nucular stuff” is buried under some 300 yards of solid granite, safe from even the mightiest of “bunker buster” bombs. And, minor detail, the U.S. wont let Israel have any of them. SO FAR!! Pray that never happens if’n you don’t want a pretty certain meltdown into WWIII. But, as I hinted at on another page, the human race, or at least their leaders, are probably certifiable for treatment in one of the excellent “looney bins,” here in the good old USA. No insurance cards need be required or presented. Visiting hours 1PM to 5PM daily. All persons subject to full body cavity screening. Stop the planet, I want to get off.
