Are You Ready for Some Football?

This morning my hubby realized that the first preseason football games are going to be on TV tonight. The Packers at the Chargers on ESPN at 8:00 p.m. ET and the Broncos at the Bears at 8:30 p.m. He said: “See you in January.”
He will be rooting for,
Oy.

Too hot for football! Can’t we at least get thru August, first? Here’s another thought. With allegations of human-caused global warming abounding, baseball season needs to be lengthened while football season should start a month later. And, with any luck, no basketball or ice hockey at all. I’m not a big fan of most professional sports. Can you tell?
