Old, White, Fake Tough Guy Clint Eastwood is “Mystery Speaker” at the RNC

The RNC has been dangling the appearance of a “mystery speaker” over the media’s head all week, telling them that this “mystery speaker” would appear on the final night of the convention.
Now we know that person is 82-year-old Clint Eastwood, an old white guy who plays a tough guy in the movies. Yep, the old, white, fake tough guy is going to come out and figuratively whack the real tough guy who got bin Laden.

While I don’t necessarily disagree with Eastwood when he says Obama should have consulted with the Russians about Afghanistan, before he escalated the conflict, I’m sorry to see Clint sticking with the Repugs. Ya know, he and “the gubernator” almost came to loggersheads over the Calif. state park issue. Clint was a commissioner and sought to protect one park against some sort of development scheme that Ah-nold was talking out of both sides of his mouth about. I think I take Eastwood over Schwarzenegger, if only by a hair.
