Republicans Toy with Obama — Delay Thursday’s Meeting

This is the big news tonight:

The highly anticipated meeting between President Obama and the bipartisan leaders of the House and Senate [during which they were going to discuss tax cut policy and other matters] has been postponed less than two days before the leaders were due to come to the White House for talks and dinner with the president. The meeting has been rescheduled for Tuesday, November 30.

The White House said the meeting was delayed “at the request of Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell and House Minority Leader John Boehner.” The White House said the two Republican leaders blamed “scheduling conflicts in organizing their caucuses.”

Obama — they’re toying with you and testing you.  They’re trying to show who’s in control and who’s in charge and they want to see how you’ll react and how far they can push you. Hold a goddamn press conference or issue a blistering press release pointing out how the GOP isn’t taking these issues seriously.

Come on man. Expose the fact that the Tea Partiers cum GOP don’t have the faintest idea how or where to cut taxes.

They spent like drunken sailors during the Bush years but show me the beef.  Where is their plan to cut taxes?  No esta aqui.

Call their bluff!
