I heard this song for the first time in roughly 30 years.  It’s simplistic and naive I know but I love the message of hope and optimism.

    There must be a bit of a renaissance about ~ the song has been player a half dozen times on the BBC during the past month or two. My former law partner used to manage an act that traveled with Manhattan Transfer and he was quite friendly with a couple. Lovely people I’m told.
